Directory Manager

Directory Manager is the first module in SherpaTools for Google Apps. Providing a familiar interface, it allows administrators to easily manage User Profiles and Shared Contacts in the Google Apps directory. You can now easily manage important contact fields like phone number, job titles, birthdays and a host of other information. Directory Manager also allows you to import and export data in bulk from a Google Docs spreadsheet.

Have you ever needed to get a colleague’s contact info quickly, but don’t have them in your address book? Directory Manager provides end-users with an automated Google Talk IM agent that will answer the question, “Who is Andrew Benson?” with a speedy, complete record from your corporate directory.

Compliance & Reporting Coming Soon!

Compliance & Reporting will provide Google Apps administrators with scheduled reports and alerts to meet regulatory and standards obligations. Utilization reports identify accounts that have not actively logged in, accounts that are approaching storage quotas, and suspended account. Sharing reports introspect Google Apps, alerting an administrator to privacy concerns when content is shared publicly, including calendars, sites and documents. And Change Management tools provide critical backups to account configuration files, also helping to meet compliance requirements.
